Games Guaranteed: 3 minimum
Awards: Player awards for 1st & 2nd place
Payment Details
• Make checks payable to FC Arizona
• All payments due by October 1, 2025
• Credit cards accepted online (via GotSport)
• GotSport fees apply to all payments
Team Eligibility & Rosters
• Open to Development and Competitive teams
• GotSport rosters due by October 8, 2025
• Guest Players: Max 6 per team
• Check-In: Online only (roster upload + player passes)
Scheduling & Coaching Notes
• Out-of-town teams: We’ll do our best to avoid Friday games
• No guarantees due to Arizona Soccer League scheduling
• Coaching conflicts: Max 2 teams per coach (if possible)
Stay & Play Policy
All out-of-town teams must book hotels through: Rated Travel

Player Credentials
• Laminated passes for 2025–2025:
USYS, US Club, USSSA, AYSO
• Medical release forms required
• No birth certificates needed
• Foreign players must show a valid ID (rosters not accepted)

FC Arizona is not liable for game format changes due to:
• Weather, acts of God, or unforeseen events
• No refunds once accepted or if the tournament is canceled
